She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and pursued further education with a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law, where she also completed the Legal Practice Course. This rigorous academic path has provided Grace with a deep and broad understanding of legal principles and practices, preparing her well for her role within the firm.

Her professional background is distinguished by significant legal experience gained in law firms in Hong Kong, offering her a nuanced understanding of the legal landscape and sharpening her practical legal skills. Additionally, Grace's experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance within the banking sector has broadened her expertise in financial regulations and compliance, contributing a valuable perspective to her current role.

Grace is currently advancing her legal career by studying for the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE), aiming to qualify as a solicitor. Her proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin enhances her ability to engage with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
